  3. Distribution of this software is controlled under US DoC regulations.
  4. Exports to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Libya, North Korea, and Syria require a
  5. validated license.

  7. ABOUT THE SERVICE:  CyberCash Inc. provides secure communication of credit
  8. card transaction data between users, merchants and financial institutions.
  9. CyberCash is not a merchant, credit card issuer or bank. CyberCash will not
  10. receive or hold any funds from any of your credit card transactions.  For
  11. more information about this and other CyberCash services, including
  12. information about privacy, confidentiality, cost and what the CyberCash
  13. services do and do not include, please review the "Readme" file.

  15. SOFTWARE LICENSE:  This license determines your rights with respect to the
  16. software.  The software being provided to you is owned by CyberCash, Inc.,
  17. and is subject to protection under the copyright, patent and trademark laws
  18. of the United States and other countries.  By proceeding with installation
  19. of the software below, you are acknowledging CyberCash's ownership of these
  20. rights and your agreement to the terms of this license.  CyberCash is
  21. offering you a free non-exclusive license to use this software according to
  22. the terms of this agreement.  The software is licensed only to the
  23. individual who installs it and selects a password, and only for use with
  24. the CyberCash service.  The software cannot be used for any unlawful
  25. purpose.  Although you are permitted to copy and distribute the CyberCash
  26. software prior to installation and subject to the terms of  this license,
  27. you may do so only without charge and not for commercial gain, and you may
  28. not incorporate this software or any portion of it into any other products
  29. or software or create derivative works from it without the prior written
  30. consent of CyberCash. Once the software is installed by you and a password
  31. selected, this license may not be transferred or assigned to any other
  32. person.  You may use the software on more than one computer, but once it
  33. has been installed and a password selected, you are permitted to use the
  34. software on only one computer at a time. You may not grant any other person
  35. any rights in the software or the license.  You may not remove any of the
  36. copyright notices or other proprietary labels, or attempt to modify,
  37. translate, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the software, or
  38. create any derivative works based on the software.  This license may be
  39. revoked by CyberCash at any time.

  41. GOVERNMENT USE:  Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is
  42. subject to restrictions set forth in subparagraphs (a) through (d) of the
  43. Commercial Computer-Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52.227-19 when
  44. applicable, or in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Right in Technical Data
  45. and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, and in similar clauses
  46. in the NASA AR Supplement. The contractor/manufacturer is CyberCash, Inc.,
  47. 2100 Reston Parkway, Suite 430, Reston, VA  22091.

  49. RESTRICTIONS ON EXPORT:  You may not download or otherwise export or
  50. re-export the software or any of its components, data, code or technology
  51. except in full compliance with all United States and other applicable laws
  52. and regulations. In particular, but without limitation, none of the
  53. software or its components, data, code or technology may be downloaded or
  54. otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national resident of)
  55. Cuba, Sudan, Iraq, Libya, North Korea,Iran, or Syria, or (ii) to anyone on
  56. the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated nationals or
  57. the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.  By downloading the
  58. software, you are agreeing to the preceding terms and are representing and
  59. warranting that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national
  60. or resident of any such country or on any such list.
